This would definitely be a tear-jerking death scene reference in a future episode of The Owl House where Hunter kills Vee after he brought her back to the Boiling Isles from the human realm before Emperor Belos decides to conquer it for his master plan. While Hunter takes Vee to a cabin located within the mountains near the Boiling Isles, he drops Vee on the floor and dragged her to a glass window and restrained Vee as she glares at Hunter as he takes out a baseball bat and begins to beat her with it. When Luz, Amity, Gus and King found Hunter beating Vee, they try to interfere but they were quickly restrained by the Coven Scouts. With Luz, Gus, Amity and King pinned down, Luz begged Vee to get up as she weakly opened her eyes to look at her, unable to move.
