I saw a manipulation of this photo with a link to the original. I tried to figure out why exactly it caught my attention. I think the closest I can get to describing the effect is almost "surreal cuteness".
There's so much color in your eyes, hair and shirt that the contrast with your skin gives each of those features added significance. Was that what you were going for?

ps. you can see traces of the wheel around the eyes. I think after the widening. this could be further improved, so it was not so visible. but the work I like. pretty model

I can see the seam where you enlarged your eyes. not only is this creepy, but it's completely misleading.
