Absolutely stunning. The attention given to the light and shadows is well done, you see so many pieces where certain light factors are ignored, but this looks fantastic

Her face doesn't really have much emotion in it at all, it looks sort of bored actually. That being said, I like the dress design, but it seems you focused too much on that and too little on the surroundings. For instance, the fire looks pretty fake, and I don't see why it's against that tree...also the ground looks sort of like water with leaves floating in it O_o I do like the shadows of trees in the background, that is quite well done and echoes the light on her left side. However with a forest that dark she'd be thrown into sharper relief by the fire...I mean her face has barely any shadows on it at all, and I can understand not wanting to shade the face, but it looks a tiny bit odd with the shadows on the body (which are really well done, by the way).
She seems too fragile and too blandly beautiful to be Artemis. Artemis was the goddess of the hunt, and a supreme athlete. This girl looks like she's fainting against that tree, and she's wearing really impractical clothes for hunting or trekking through the forest...seems a lot more like Aphrodite to me.

Ok, it's Artemis, but why is she running?
I gathered that she's supposed to have a weak side, but it doesn't seem like Artemis would be That fragile looking.
Another thing, why is she running, and stopping at a tree? with a fire>.> Where did the fire come from? Was it waiting for her? What is she running from?
I like the picture, but the story just does't seem to fit with it.

The fire might no blow with the wind as the hair of Artemis, but her face looks like afraid or like if she doenΒ΄s want to be observed...I really like the detail of the moon behind...Luv the colors... CesΒ΄t tres Jolie!

I really like it, but artemis seems too submissive in this picture, which doesn't fit her character at all. No doubting it's gorgeous, but I don't think it captures the mythic character well.
