Evelyn has a brash personality and acts as a bully a lot. That and her stench is what distances her from other people. Some people can be compatible with her and brush off the awful things she says as a joke, which they usually are. She thinks it's all "playful teasing," but really she's just rude.

Oil doesn't constantly fountain from her head but it usually does. Also, she could eat pigment and become like oil paints.
