Castle Crashers is such an awesome game. I played a bit of it at Comic-Con after getting my Green Knight (Green's the coolest!) figurine signed by Dan Paladin (artist of the game). Awesome game to be released on Xbox Live Arcade sometime at the end of August. I just love in the game how all the knights are the same in design, but have these little subtle differences beyond their color and elemental powers. Everyone with an Xbox 360 should check it out. So yeah, this is just my tribute to what looks like the coolest 360 Arcade game in a while. Man, the style is deceptively complex, I ended up having over 20 layers on this one just because I'm so obsessive about organization.
BTW, if you're curious, the Latin roughly means, "The player is god".
6-7 hours on Photoshop+pencil and paper.

Ha ha, I assume you've seen the ending then? I remember when me and 3 of my friends beat the game. We were all fighting our hardest to get the last princess. I honestly wasn't too disappointed when I lost to the others.

Dan Paladin is such an awesome guy! He went to my high school and when I was in Viscom we were learning Flash and he came in and talked to our class about it and showed us castle crashers..or i should say...the basics of it. it wasn't a game yet. but he helped me learn flash and such. <3 i love his style.

I just love Castle Crashers, endlessly replayable level design, fun battles, and so many muliplayer options, as well as subtle newgrounds references everywhere. You have done this game justice
