Description this is a totally new method not involving plastic wrap at all. the pattern and colors are kinda bold for being a wallpaper though. it kinda reminds me of those Rorschach inkblots or maybe a strange stained glass window

1. clouds,
2. copy layer,
3. make one on top 50% opacity,
4. hueshift 170 degrees (should be almost black and white),
5. merge with other layer,
6. auto curves (should have bland pastel colors. if it is still black and white undo to step 4 and hueshift less),
7. saturate untill you can just see the rough pixels,
8. repeat steps 2-6 untill you like it, but not too many times or the picture will be ruined (keep lots of backups)
