this is a picture i made in graphic arts class. basicaly it is a combination of a bunch of diffrence cloud filters. it looks like a wattercolor.

heres how i made it:
i made a macro that does a diffrence cloud filter in the green channel and then shifts the hue towards blue, erases the green, then repeats. this puts little bits of diffrent cloud filters into the green channel each time. coppy the resulting greyscale image to another layer, and do it again put one image in blue and one in green. this gives you a blue-green image with with you can play with the hue and saturation. i also might have coppied it to another layer and changed the color, and either turned down the opacity to make the colors merge, or given the layer a opacity mask with another coud filter in it.
