Dinosaurs are great fun to do. I think there is something about the texture of their skin and the way they move that lends itself to rendering.
I like the fact that you placed this one behind the fencing, and the saliva is a good touch. The thumbnail version has a photographic quality because of the complete shading and what looks like lens flare on the metal bars along the neckline.
