I'm really enjoying doing this series. I wanted to go for a minimalist/stylistic approach and this is the result. I've always wanted to do character posters, but I never found a style that I liked and that I could keep consistent, so I'm very happy with the first this series. White Ranger: "Tommy Oliver" (Power Ranger Series)
The origin wasn't too difficult to come up with on this one. There wouldn't be a White Ranger without the Green Ranger. The Green Ranger powers originally given to Tommy Oliver by Rita. It is what turned Tommy into a Ranger and when those powers originally wore out it was Zordon and Alpha that created the White Ranger with Tommy as the only choice to wield its power.
*I don't know how many of you know about Jason David Frank "who played Tommy Oliver", but he is a really cool guy who spreads a positive message. Power Ranger turned MMA fighter, to motivational. I was able to share this with him and he approved so I have to be doing something right here

You got to share this with JDF? And he likes it? That's great news! And yes, he is a great guy.
Let me tell you something about him. Y'know how many celebrities often claim to be "doing it for the fans", when they're actually doing it for money? JDF takes that claim and turns it into the truth. He's actually said that if he was asked to come back (or whatever), he'd be doing it for us (all the fans), not the money. He actually does true fan service.
