The top is of a universe where Dani Phantom, clone of Danny Fenton, grew into adulthood under the guidance of Vlad Masters (Vlad Plasmius). She has a vast understanding of her powers and uses them for the sole purpose of antagonizing Danny and his loved ones.

The bottom left is of a universe where Rex Salazar, host of the Omega Nanite, is infected with a techno-organic virus with an unknown origin. The virus manifested constructs from within Rex's body and began wreaking havoc on the world around him; it's unclear as to how aware Rex is of his body's actions, but experts believe he is in a comatose state.

The left is of a universe where Gwen lost her sanity after absorbing the mana and soul essense of Charmcaster.
