Q. Who are the court jesters?
A. The Court Jesters are 4 immortal and unkillable entities with supreme and absolute power in and over the entire multiverse. Gamzee, Jevil, Marx, and Dimentio are the most powerful forces of laughter in existence, each is an omnipotent being above a god's caliber. They work together with their servants to spread laughter, happiness, good vibes, brotimes, and other such things throughout the multiverse, and to combat the forces of fear wherever they may strike. Memes are one of their primary tools, and the dogmas of all four of them rely heavily on spreading memes

Q. How does TMB know them? And how are they connected to SFRM?
A. TMBCyberman has a great respect for all four jesters, they being some of the few people he's willing to defer to (though he is still frequently rude to them, but they don't actually mind that all that much). In fact, he's even a direct servant of Gamzee, and he has lifelong friends who are servants of Dimentio and Jevil. As for how they relate to the world of SFRM? Well, TMB made that world, and he wanted to be a meme-filled craziness where almost nothing makes sense. He succeeded in making a world like this (citation: SFRM exists) but it wouldn't have lasted long (due to worlds made like that being HIGHLY unstable and prone to self-destruct and implode into nothingness) except that the Court Jesters united to irrevocably break the rules and science of the multiverse (in fact, they full-blown REMOVED THE RULES AND SCIENCE FROM EXISTENCE AND DESTROYED THEM EVERYWHERE FOREVER) so that Earth E, as it's called, could remain a world of pure randomness, comedy, and memes.
