If gemlovers the x files was cannon Chris carter will probably come up with a monster of the week episode or lapis where Mulder , Scully and ruby visit the lapis beach house where a sailer was hearing a scream winch did not sound human then ruby spots a big blue fish tail splashing around before she can react the tail goes into the water a few minutes later the screams howl as Mulder finds a violent women ripping out a head of a fish but then he realized she is the screaming women it attempted to kill Mulder but ruby burns the siren.

Human Disguise: ( depends on if it was raised on earth nor the ocean) it will gain the use of legs on legs and if wet it will turn into their siren form if a siren wears human clothes it will stay if the tail isn’t damaged.

Hypnosis: sirens are able to hypnotize sailors into their deaths by singing.

Hydrokinesis: sirens can control water if they feel threatened they use it to push away small animals or fill up humans with water.

Whirlpool Generation: sirens can create whirlpools to crash boats

Memory Manipulation: they can project their memories via pearls

Underwater Strength: sirens can lift heavy sunken ships.

sonic scream: sirens are known for screaming so loud glass will shatter
