This is a gift from Circe to Rex to commemorate their new relationship. She made this at one of the classes in a education program that Circe, Rex's old gang, and many former EVOs like Beverly Holiday, NoFace, etc. have been doing to help them complete school due to missing them out on some part of their education, because of them being EVO thanks to Dr Rylander’s son's, Duke Rylander help who created the programs. Rex wears it under one of his gloves.
