Good; your shading is quite accurate.
Though Cheese's arms shouldn't be flopped over like that. It appears that the lil' guy has
paper instead of flesh.
Cream's legs are curved outwards... 
waistline was mutantly low. Try to remember that those pale limbs have joint correctly with
the 6 year old's hips.
Besides that, it's fine. Dress could be better though.
