Apply the following effects to all card(s) whose original name is the card name you declared, except for the card(s) that were already on the field before this card resolved. ● Cannot be placed on the field. ● Can neither be activated, nor have their effects activated or applied. ● Cannot be Summoned/Set. ● Can neither attack, nor have their battle positions changed. ● Cannot be used as materials for a Summon.
I am open to suggestions if you can come up with better phrasing while keeping the original meaning of the card text
