Biography:
During Ben's second year on his two year journey of becoming a hero, Ben encountered the Weather Heads, witch caused the Omnitrix to glitch, turning Ben into a fusion of his first ten aliens, at least for a short while. Ben did encounter this glitch a few more times, but never noticed it again before he turned into Feedback for the first time. Some time after Azmuth gave Ben the third Omnitrix, he noticed that he can turn into the transformation freely now whenever he wants, although he does not like using this form that much, claiming that it feels akward or clunky.

Trivia:

• This form is based off of the many amalgam glitch aliens seen in the Ben 10 (2016 Series) and to a lesser extent, Ultimate Ben.

• This form has every DNA from the Omnitrix mixed into it.
