Cream was affected in much the same way as her mother, albeit in a much less powerful way. After splitting up and going to explore she reunited with Tails and G-merl, Tails set out to see just what her body was doing while G-merl simply stayed the same making sure nobody would hurt his rabbit friend.
Out of all the mobians affected during the incident Cream has remained the most like her smaller form. That hasn't stopped her increased hormonal activity though...
