I forgot about this crocodilian/lizardfolk sketch I made weeks if not months ago and I decided to make him into my own monster with his own little stats (I created the stats using this website )

The scaled sentry is a monster that normally lives in caves or underground, it is vulnerable to sunlight and only ventures outside on the surface at night. They are strong, territorial and are generally solitary. Their eggs resemble precious stones/gemstones which is why it is not too uncommon for powerful barons, wizards or warlords to have these beasts act as a sentry for their treasure vault because the beast will perceive actual gemstones as eggs and will defend it at all costs.

This guy was a blast to work on and I hope to do more soon!
