This is how blame should be colored, if at all.
I've seen a log animation where they used really flashy colours, possibly because of the cyberpunk genre, but to me, part of Blame! is the mutedness of everything, and these suppressed colours manage to preserve the feel of a manga that shakes me up.

Wow! wonderful! its very tranquil for a city scene, i love the green tint everything has. the two big flat pieces remind me of the Two Towers in New York. the figure looking out at the city draws your attention... very interesting
