I had the idea to create a fake SCP Foundation ID card for a Halloween costume, and so I figured I might as well create a template for it so others can use it if they want to. If you don't know what the SCP Foundation is, go here: www.scp-wiki.net/

I based this card design off of United States military ID cards. It should be sized properly so that if you print it out, it will be the same size as your average credit card or driver's license. To fill it out, simply download the file and open it in any image editing software. Use your color picker to get the same color as the field I wrote some instructions in and mark those out. Make sure you remember them, and follow them. Fill in all the fields with Arial font, 14 pt, bold. Except of course the slot for your name and the dates at the bottom. Most are intended to be in black, but the spot for your name should be in white. Finally, just get a nice, official looking picture of yourself and put it over the grey rectangle that says "STAFF PICTURE HERE".

I have no idea what you would put for the pay grade field, in that case I would just make something up. It's there for added realism.

After you have it customized, you can print it out, cut it out (remember to cut out the white portion, the black outline is there to make sure you get the right size), and tape it over a credit card or driver's licence. Glossy tape should make it look more legit. Great for cosplays and such. Hope you enjoy it.
