SKY CAPTAIN IS HERE! Yes, the flying character from the game "Future Cop LAPD" has an appearance which you couldn't see since he was in his aircraft all the time. Now, you can see what he looks like because he has given up any hope of taking over LA and having to wreck havoc on the track. He has built his car from scrap metal of pieces his salvaged from his wrecked aircraft (since it was continuously destroyed by the players who owned the aforementioned game) which he calls, the "SKY-041."
