Mono is I-Zee's younger brother. Yuiitsu Okuno, inherited the Okuno Foundation after the passing of their father. He is now in charge of the largest AR technology corporation in the world, and must take care of his clients and the foundation in any way he can. I-Zee was created because of him. He also blames himself for the accident from many years ago, where because of his curiosity, he got himself in danger and Mimoto had to step in and protect him, causing Hiro to no longer be a simple role Mimoto played to act strong in front of his little brother, but a whole new personality inside his head. He may come of as narcissistic, but that's because of his belief that he can do everything alone. He steps in as a rider after Mimoto started being troubled by Zee-I. His driver uses a KeyID to transform, and has the ability to simulate the different driver modules I-Zee and the others use. His suit is also filled with projectors that can create illusions to disorient the enemy.
