Hello everyone! This is Rudolph "Koby" Cobrato from my story "Devilman DxD: Demons and Devils" and its spin-off "Devilman DxD: Luffy's Adventure", based on the character of Koby from the anime adaptation of One Piece. In this version, Koby is a member of the Marine special forces unit SWORD and a former involuntary pirate ship caretaker for the Alvida Pirates until he was liberated by Monkey D. Luffy, being the first person Luffy befriended on his travels. Also, along with some members of the Marines, Koby didn't share the opinion the rest of the organization has on the Four Factions, the Youkai, the Gods, the Devilmen, the Devil Beasts, the Titans, the Kaiju and the Aliens, reason why he decided to resign himself from the Marines out of friendship for Luffy.
