Hello everyone! This is the organization known as Monarch from my story "Devilman DxD: Demons and Devils", based on their counterpart from the MonsterVerse. In this version, much like its canon counterpart, Monarch is a secret American-Japanese government agency tasked with discovering, investigating and destroying the Kaiju of the world; they are better at the former two than the latter, due to most members eventually coming to respect and even revere the creatures the government has tasked them to kill. Also, in the current era, Monarch is considered along with its former ally Apex Cybernetics as enemies of the Church.
