Hello everyone! This is Popobawa from my story « Devilman DxD: Demons and Devils » and its sequels, based on the Bat Devil from the anime adaptation of Chainsaw Man. In this version, he’s a Demon from the Bestia Clan and the mate of the Leech Devil Bloodsucker. Also, prior to the invasion of God on prehistoric Earth, Popobawa was originally a bat who was exposed to the latter’s energy during his rampage on Sodom and Gomorrah. Much like his canon counterpart, Popobawa has great hatred towards humans, in particular for cutting off his arm and forcing him to go into hiding inside Notre-Dame, has a refined sense of taste, considering the Devilmen, the Devil Beasts, the Cambions and other hybrids to be disgusting and treating humanity as a variety of different meals for him to consume and enjoy; he’s particularly fond of eating children. He’s also considered as a coward by his former allies from the Demon Tribe.
