Hello everyone! This is Rodan from my story "Devilman DxD: Demons and Devils" and its prequel "Devilman DxD: Amon's Origins", based on his counterpart from both the Showa Godzilla continuity and Godzilla: Final Wars.

In this version, this Rodan is the biological child of the original Rodan and his mate who perished sadly in the volcanic lava of Mt. Aso, before the latter slowly hatched after his parent's death. Now, 8 years later has passed after his birth, Rodan then emerged from Mt. Aso and flew to Yokohama, hellbent in exacting his long-desired vengeance upon humanity for what'd they did to his parents before encountering with a younger Godzilla Senior as the two clashed against each other at Mt. Fuji.

However, their fierce skirmish was interrupted by a 2nd Generation Mothra, who pleaded the two prehistoric Kaiju to put an end to their petty rivalry and help her in defeating an outright sadistic, malevolent three-headed space dragon Kaiju called King Ghidorah. At first, they refused due to their mutual hatred for humanity since they hated them with a burning passion, but when they witnesses Mothra's courage and selflessness, both Rodan and Godzilla Senior were touched by this as they eventually rushes to her aid, thus their combined efforts manages to drive off the despicable space hydra back into the vaccum of outer space. But that's wasn't the end of ther fateful yet destined encounter with the almighty powerful, evil space dragon just yet.

On that fateful year of 1977, Rodan alongside with the Earth monsters such as Godzilla Senior and his adoptive son Minilla, Angurius, Gorosaurus, Baragon, Varan, Mothra, Kumonga, and Manda all joined forces together to combat the evil, invading threat of the Kilaaks and their trump-card is none-other than their sworn archnemeis - the three-headed dragon of intergalactic terror, King Ghidorah. Nevertheless, all of the Earth monsters have eventually defeated King Ghidorah and the Kilaaks thus ending their reign of terror, enjoying their peace on Monster Island, for a while, that is...

Because of the excessive environmental disturbances of the Earth such as the constant series of nuclear bomb testings which destroyed the whole Monster Island thus causing separation of all the residential Kaiju including Godzilla Senior alongside Minilla and the rest of his friends/allies to elsewhere in 1979, Rodan became much more powerful, stronger, faster, as well, taller due to him being exposed to nuclear radiation until he reappeared in the events of Operation: Final Wars, whom under the mind-control influence of the Xiliens from Planet X alongside the rest of Earth monsters who undergoes some changes in sizes and/or appearances.

Much like his canon counterpart, Rodan's power and abilities is able to fly at supersonic speeds, leaving a trail of destructive sonic booms in his wake. He can destroy aircraft or buildings simply by flying over them without any difficulty, as well, causing any member of the Gojira species to stagger forward by scraping him with the spikes on his armored chest as he would fly by.

Nonetheless, since Rodan is already a good friend of the late Godzilla Senior, as well, being the father-like figure/mentor of the latter's adoptive son Minilla, the two would fight alongside each other against powerful threats to Earth, reason why he decided to follow his friend during the Second Great War.
