Hello everyone! This is Yuji Shinoda from my story "Devilman DxD: Demons and Devils" and its prequel "Devilman DxD: Amon's Origins", based on his counterpart from the Millennium Godzilla continuity. In this version, Yuji is the father of Io Shinoda with who he lives alone, due to the death of his wife caused by medical complications. Also, much like his canon counterpart, Yuji is a scientist who studies the Gojira species due to him being part of the Godzilla Prediction Network. He used to work closely with Mitsuo Katagiri and Shiro Miyasaka, until he broke away from them when they formed Crisis Control Intelligence that happened to be an organization that sought to destroy the Gojira species he only wanted to study. One night, Shinoda and his daughter Io were setting up equipment to track Minilla's movement during a raid as the two were travelling together in their Toyota SUV to track the Kaiju and learn about him after he allowed a reporter named Yuki Ichinose to take pictures of Godzilla while accompaning them. Later, Shinoda discovers the secret to Minilla's speedy healing, Organizer G1. He takes his finding to his old colleagues at the CCI and he's met with open arms by Miyasaka. Shinoda later risks his life to aid Yuki Ichinose in discovering the intentions of the Millennian to terraform the earth to suit their race. Nowadays, he's still studying the Gojira species with the assistance of his daughter.
