Unlike her manga counterpart where she was originally a man who turned himself into a female to fool Archangel Michael's eyes, this version of Ran Asuka was a hermaphroditic being who acted as the main antagonist of the anime adaptation. In this form, she looks like Sirene from the original story Devilman. To be honest, if there was a story where both Ran and Ryo existed, I bet that form would be an incomplete Satan form since she would need Ryo to become whole again. Anyway, I hope you'll like it!
