The technical stuff

Main things I will not draw: Fanart/Fandoms that I do not partake in (E.G: Naruto, Zoids...).

Things I am ok with: Fanart/Fandoms that I do partake in (E.G: Avengers, Iron Man, Skulduggery Pleasant...), Blood/Gore, Homosexual pairings, sexual themes, pornographic images.

Payment:
I accept PayPal only. Do not send me payment as I will invoice you.
Payment will be taken once the initial sketch is approved for Painted work only, Further work will begin once payment is received.
For Sketches/Line art/cell shaded work payment should be immediate and upfront once confirmed.
Larger amounts of money can be split into two payments.
Refunds are negotiable if you decide that you no longer want the commission once main stage work has begun. These will usually be up to 50% of original price.
If the price of an item changes after you have placed an order, you will continue to be charged for the old price.
I will not start any work untill payment has been taken (unless agreed otherwise.)

Process On Painted/Shaded Images: The commissioner will approve the initial sketch and make suggestions on changes if not satisfactory. Work in progress images will be posed up here at weekly intervals, unless the commissioner does not wish for the images to be released. If this is the case they will be sent by notes or email at the commissioners request.

Copyright Information:
I will retain the rights to the finished artwork and will be able to use it in future portfolios.
The artwork cannot be resold for monetary purposes by anyone, this includes the commissioner unless agreed otherwise by both parties.
The commission may not be used on other sites, as avatars, web graphics, in roleplays and so on without mine or the commissioners permission, except for the commissioner, who retains full rights to their character(s) and may use the image in anyway they see fit (apart from resale).

Other:

Larger versions of completed work are available to the commissioner on request.
Finished work can be Deviantart print enabled to allow for the commissioner to purchase a physical copy (at your own expense).

All prices are in USD/GBP for ease with GBP being the primary, exchange rates from xe.com .

All prices are subject to change.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any time for any reason without discussion.
