This actually was a sketch I started at a convention a couple months back. I think I'd really like to finish this up as a watercolor, but something's keeping me from taking that step. Would love some feedback on this if at all possible!Genki

I LOVE THIS. It would be beautiful colored, and I think using watercolor would be very fitting. Even without knowing the title, this makes me think of nature, growth, and renewal/rebirth.

I really like the "bulb" shape, everything is very symmetric, except the top and certain bits within it, which is very pleasant. Are the two more finished curls part of her hair? They're really popping, and they seem to be something that is behind her face? In terms of layers at least. Depending on what you're going for with final medium and color, I guess I'd watch out for that if it's supposed to be farther back? The sort of ambiguous shapes in the back are nice, because it really brings the focus in on her face and little flower crown. The only thing that keeps drawing my eye in a bad way is the tangent where her hair/curl/thing on the left side is touching the main part of her hair, which might be my problem with the part I mentioned earlier. Yes yes watercolor!
