Thought you might be interested to know that there is a thread about your picture at the Spelljammer forum at The Piazza .
In case you don't know what Spelljammer is, it is a fantasy universe, where sailing ships can sail into the sky and travel between worlds. Your picture looks very similar to the sort of art that a Spelljammer fan would expect to see in the Spelljammer products.

That pirate guy in the back.....remains me of GOL D. ROGER The King of Pirates from One Piece. WOOOW flying ships and pirates.....that would be a COOL story.....in One Piece it happened.
