Im a big fan of nintendo universe, specially I love Zelda and Mario games, not only for the gameplay, also for the characthers. Miyamoto is a genius!
A friend is always making fun about the "childish" look of mario, link, etc., the fun fact is he like the gameplay of Zelda games, but he hates how Link looks.
he said:
"link looks like a girl, you know what he need? A BEARD, MUSCLES, GRIMDARK, TEXTURES, POUCHES, MORE REALISTIC, BE A BADDAS MANLY LINK!!!"

I can imagine the brutal version of the game. Razor-tipped boomerang, Goriya heads flying. You can shoot the hook-shot THROUGH several enemies, impaling them.

LMAO. I think this is hilarous, I have some friends who are like that. I think the point of Miyamoto's designs were to capture some innocents in Link by not making him a big lumbering, muscle man. I personally prefer Miyamoto's designs for that fact, it just adds to the character.
But I do think this is a great alt version, for a gag, Very well done.

In all your friend's respect, I'd rather play God of War than to force that look on Link. Just not a Zelda game without the childlishness... thing (since even 'adult' TP Link has something really childish in him at times. Can't even mention OoT since he's a 10 year old inside a 17 XD Or something.)
