A old pic i done for the upcoming new album of Fairyland: Score to a new beginning
Fairyland was always to me more than just music. For me is like a door to a another world, not only for the wonderfull music, also, for the whole story behind each song. Is part of the OST of my life
The work of Phil inspired me a lot for all this years, so, work with him in the concept art of the new album was as always a wonderfull experience.
What i can say? the album is great!! I love Across the endless sea II, Godsent, A soldierΒ΄s letter (MANLY TEARS!!!) and Score to a New Beginning, this one must be one of the most beautifull songs I ever hear

having lived on a naval ship for over 3 years, I have to agree that the tall wave behind should be painted out. It's a nice piece though.

la verdad lo estuve evitando un buen tiempo, ya que post 300 ese estilo como de contrastes texturas fuertes en tonos apagados se repitio mucho y pues como que no quise seguirlo replicando. ahora que ya paso un poco el asunto voy a ver que tal sale volver un poco a ello

Truely EPIC work of art for a truely EPIC band! (Quite honestly, EPIC falls tragically short of conveying how turely EPIC it is...so I will cease to use the word, hence.)
Absolutely Divine, GENZOMAN! I've been getting back into the power-metal scene lately after a thrash kick, and Fairyland has always ranked among my favourites. This picture, I feel, captures the intensity and heroism conveyed in the neo-classic/power-metal genres, particularly with Fairyland (among others) that use the vivid imagery of fantastic battles and triumphant victory. Here we see brave warriors weathering a storm most foul, standing steadfast in the face of the raging winds and sea; undoutbtedly they go to face a far more treacherous peril beyond the jagged rocks and angry ocean. I'd say that imagery fits remarkably well with a symphony of electric guitars behind it!
Anyhow, remarkable work, and indeed worthy of 1000
