Hi there guys! I love strider games and was one of my favorite characters on Capcom vs marvel games. Here goes a pic inspired on the first game for PCengenie/arcade/genesis

Nice! This is really a damn good picture of Strider here, possibly the best on the whole site! I really like the Arcade/Genesis Strider, the NES version? Not so much. But DAMN that was a hard game!

I swear Strider would make an epic movie in 3d. For "die hard" fans and people new to it. Strider barely gets enough screen time. Only in vs. games. I wish i can see his story on the big screen. Capcom doesn't do this guy justice.

Strinder es un producto de la guerra fria en los 80tas. El juego original se desarrolla en una URSS futurista contra un Granmaster que era como un Rasputin con poderes sobrenaturales que controlaba a la UniΓ³n Sovietica. La segunda parte -no la dearrollada por US Gold sino la de Capcom- tambien hace un guiΓ±o al enfrentamiento contra el bloque comunista en un nivel en China.
Mi primer Strinder fue el de NES, que era muy diferente al de Arcade, y luego tuve el de Sega Genesis muy parecido al arcade. El de PC engine me han dicho que no es muy bueno, a pesar que tiene algunos niveles y detalles agregados con respecto al original.
