The cover for the new Fairyland´s Album "The fall of an empire"... It was an honor for me to do this cover, because I´m a big fan of this epic metal band. It´s based on the concept of Phil Giordana (Keyboards) and the lirycs of the same name song. I try to play whit some codes of my favorite painter, Theodore Géricault. and some noeclasic/romantic colours and athmosphere.you can know more of this great album (my favorite epic metal album

Hello. I was wandering... How do u this drawings. Firts on paper and after scan and edit or with a drawing table for pc? And wath program are u using? I guess it's not the common Photoshop. pls answer.

Of all your pieces this one was one of the first ones I remember most vividly, and to this day it still remains as my favorite of all your pieces.
I think it's because of the more gruff muted color scheme rather than everyone having smooth porcelain skin. Also, the layout and interaction is great.

Incredible art! Everything is just perfect and detailed, yes, the colors, the poses, the expressions, everything is cool, it could pass as the album's cover! Somehow, you managed to make it your own because the lighting drawn is more realistic, that's good. I too love Fairyland, just an epic and killer band, the music is pure magic at its best. Take care!
