This is a very good poster
The first thing that caught my eye was fella and Kon doing fusion
then I saw the characters at the bottom
It took too long for me to realise that they had swapped clothes XD but that just keep me looking at the poster

Considering you've done more than one anime character (popular and widely known ones at that), you're in good standing! Browsing through the gallery of submissions there's so many people just using one anime *cough*Naurto*cough*, which gives a bit of bias.

I have to say after viewing the contest entries submitted so far, yours is by far the most appealing one I have seen. It would definitely make me stop and consider the booth, lol. I like the cross over idea because that is really gonna make people stop and stare XD I hope you win!...Not like I'm gonna be able to go and see it if you do anyway -_- but still, good luck.
