Based off the Red Alert 1 storyline without the time travel

SUMMARY

After the disastrous invasion of Poland, the Soviet Union started to turn itself from world affairs until Trotsky took over the Union. A decade later, Germany fell to socialism, rearmed and remilitarized itself with the backing of the newly industrialized Soviet Union. Trotsky's Third Internationale then expanded into the Baltic States, linking up the German Socialist State with the USSR. In the late 1930s, Romania and Czechoslovakia fell to the socialists, while finally in 1938, the invasion of Poland was the last straw for Britain, France and Portugal. The Soviets occupied Turkey and northern Iran, the Germans formed the Union of European Socialist Republics and the Mussolini-Molotov Pact was formed in 1939. After only 2 years of war, all of central Europe has fallen to the Red Tide, and Britain stands alone, fighting the forces of the far right and left.
