Description
This was the original drawing I did that started my "career" of drawing. I have donew drawings before this, but never was my heart so much into it (along with detail) since I was in grade 2. It was originally drawn to get ideas for a history project (I was thinking about doing a project on one of the world wars, hence the soldiers helmet and dog tags). Also, the ace of spades in the soliders helmet was there because I was thinking "If I were a solider what would I strap to my helmet (as they often do in war movies), cigarettes? a picture of loved ones?, wait my last names card isn't it, how about the ace of spades?".

The scene was inspired by the scene in FFVII where Zack (hence the name on the sword) dies and Cloud takes up his sword, an by the scene in
FFVII:AC where Cloud comes back to use the sword as a sort of memorial of Zack.

This was also the inspiration for my comic series (which I began to devellope soon after I drew the picture).

I drew this some time in November of 2004 in my social studies class .
