Description I couldn't sleep, so I made this little depressing drawing.
It is situated somewhere in book 6.

Albus Dumbledore and Colin Creevey belong to J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter-books.

(I think I'll go to bed now, it's 5 am :-S)

I guess I thought it would make a poignant contrast between the face Dumbledore wears for his students (posing for a photograph, for example) and his 'real' face (worried about his current situation and that of his students).

By explaining it now though, I think I completely destroyed the dramatic point I wanted to make :-D

Nobody seems to worry about Colin anymore... I loved him in the drawing, I didn't like what happened to him in 7. Anyway, the contrast between Dumbledore's faces is accurate... just like I could imagine before the end of book six.
Great job!

That's so sad but brilliant. And I love how you drew smiling and sad Dumbledore.

awwwwwww, poor Dumbledore! That's really well done. I love his hat! And the merry Father-Christmas-like smile and then the old wrinkly sad face.

Yeah, staying up late... I too plead guilty.

awwwwww
poor Professor Dumbledore. tight.

the contrast between one expression and the other is striken and really heartbreaking.

*Gives professor Dumbledore another hug and leaves a pair of knitten socks by his side*

any plans for a happy Dumbledore? *the pretense one here doesn't count*

hmm, a happy dumbledore... I'll think about it (but I don't think dumbledore has been truly happy since before his sister died)
