Description
Eh. It looked ok while I drew it but when I scanned it and made the colours in Photoshop, I couldn't overlook the flaws (so I gave up soon). I should really take more time for my lines. I just didn't get it right. Ahh those legs, those proportions x_x that head shape...No ref obviously. Should start using refs.

Yes, I love how you made it seem like a wild animal, and realistic, too. Also, it may be because of the darkness, but the horn seems a little bland, or it doesn't have enough detail.

Thanks! Yes the whole drawing doesn't have much detail, I'm not so good at this. I wanted the horn to be small and natural looking, similar to roe deer's antlers, instead of pronounced and *magical* like in many other depictions of unicorns.

No problem. And yes, that's a good reason to make the drawing like you did.

Nice to see a unique interpretation of a unicorn instead of the usual generic white horse with a gold horn -- this one looks like a very plausible wild animal. The pose is great, it looks very natural, especially the legs. I like the warm shading and color scheme too.

Thanks. Yes, it is partially based on a muntjac, I imagined it being muntjac-sized too.

What a fascinating design! I only wish it were a little lighter, so I could see all of the details.

Thank you. Hm.. the darkness is partly because I wanted to portray it as a wild animal rather than the pure, divine creatures people associate with "unicorns".

I meant the photo overall, instead of the unicorn's fur, but I get what you mean. Unicorns definitely aren't the pure, divine creatures people imagine.
They are still very much wild animals.

The colourtone is nice, and the natural pose is cool
