ahh, copic colours look so pretty.. have you tried trias or prismacolors aswell? which of the three, if you have, do you think are easiest to use? :\

i didn't try trias and prismas yet (they only sell that copic stuff in the shop i usually buy my stuff), but i think they are good too. i bet they are very similar to copics, i dunno. ^__^ maybe you should look which one is cheaper XD when i went to visit sofie ( =SirLemoncurd ) in sweden, i used her ProMarkers, and they are really nice to handle. and cheaper then copics.
i'd like to try out trias, according to the stuff people say about them they have to be really cool T__T,, hnnn. i wish they'd sell them here. bah. *clings to her copics*

i've managed to get a hold of around 120 prismas and 90 trias over the past 2 years or so, so i'm pretty used to colouring with them now.. it's just that when i look at some other marker-coloured artwork, it looks more like the pens are oily and easier to use/blend/etc rather than alcohol-based, which seems a lot nicer. hmm. i want to try to find someone that has copics to test them out. i saw copics for sale in an art store back in my hometown during the summer, but they had no test pens so i wasn't able to try them out.

i think copics are alcohol-based too, at least they smell like it. XD alot. it probably depends on the... tip. you know, there are "copic sketchers" "copics" and "copic ciao" and stuff, and i usually use copic ciaos becos they have a brush-tip or something. it's kind of really easy to use them.

copics are nice, tho i think there are cheaper markers that bring you similar results n___n but in case you decide to buy copics, i'd suggest you copic ciaos, because they have a brush-thingee and it's a joy to use them (plus they are cheaper. still expensive, but cheaper) ~the only problem is that they are empty pretty fast. you draw like three bigger pictures or something and then you have to buy new ones (copics i mean, not pictures... blah XD). T__T,,

Sometimes when I see a piece I think that even after commenting it and faving (or one of them, or whatever) I would like to do something more!! Like looking at it everytime I check my site on DA and make everybody see it. I have many artworks in my favs because mostly I'm to lazy to comment and I feel like repeating myself (since I don't get much practice in English my vocabulary gets poorer every month).. I rarely change such journals because these are pieces that I don't ever get bored with.
