Description
Here is a character I designed a long while ago that is part of a future Pokemon comic I'm hoping to work on.
His name is Ouroboros (he also goes by Ouro) the Dragonair and Hoopa hybrid. I'm actually thinking of what a Dragonite version of him might look like as well!

Ouro is very haughty and arrogant. He's also pretty lazing, using his psychic hands to do just about everything for him (Including moving himself around when he's in a bit of a mood). He's got a weird typing mix as although he would be Dragon and Psychic, he does have some Ghost type moves from his Hoopa half.
