Description
End-The aspiring healer is told to stare at a relatively simple creature, usually some sort of insect, and try to crunch a part of it, most often the neck. The aspirant observes the creature, once they are truly experiencing every part of the creature they can try to move a part of it just as they would a part of their own body. In this case they are moving the neck inwards, killing the insect. As the aspirant is connected to the creature, they feel it die, and most healers on this first time doing this vomit, and then proceed to pass out. This serves the dual purpose of teaching the aspirant how to manipulate organic matter, as well as teaching them to never use their power to kill, they are warned that the pain they just felt was how they felt when killing a simple creature, and the pain gets worse the more complex the creature is, with killing a human almost always driving the healer to insanity.
