My Father's warning was still fresh in my thoughts as I made my way to the great city of Symetrius. The blistering glare of the silvery lights in the distace of our home town called out to me since my early age. I was finally on my way. But not without the danger of confronting the great beast my Father spoke of. Wasteland. I knew it wouldn't be long before I came face to face with the vision from my fears. I had to act. I knew in order to fight a creation of mental anguish I would have to create a force inside myself. Sometimes to fight the devil one must temper the soul. Build and pull upon our center of gravity till we hover so slight above the ground. Just enough to keep from being shaken when the earth caves in under our feet.

This new element of my very being. This new found weapon of supporting safety. This gravity shallow, keeping me steady and focused. The time would soon come to meet my calling and I would be ready for the future unseen.
