Since your accident, you were assigned a caretaker. Angela, initially it was awkward because you couldn’t do anything, and everything involved her carrying you, dressing you, wiping and cleaning. She was beautiful, and nice. But still, as a man you felt useless. Embarrassed that you could not even wipe yourself. During Covid, you both bonded, she couldn’t attend other patients and her backup was in the same situation because of safety. So she temporarily moved in with you. Eventually you both spent time together. She’d push you on walks, watch movies and eventually it got to the point where you would both sleep in the same bed. You’d have deep conversations about life and meaning.

One day, she takes you into the shower, but she does something different. It’s often hard for her to clean you from outside the shower, so she stripped down and carried you inside, put you in your seat, secured the harness and began bathing you.

You note how gentle she is, her voice, her smile. You think about how much time has passed.

She rinses you, gets a towel to dry you off, Carrie’s you into your chair and rolls you back to the room to dress you.

For that time, you felt secure in her arms, and it’s been a minute since you had skin contact with a woman. But you never felt it like this.

You realize that you feel something, and you nervously ask,

”Angela?”

”Yes?”, she responds.

You look at the calendar, and say, “This doesn’t have to be temporary”

So these stories and illustrations are inspired by how often I other images and stories about quad women. How their man cars for them and how helpless they are.

But rarely do I see stories or images where the roles are reversed. It is kind of an interesting fantasy of being a limbless male and being looked after by an able bodied female. That’s sort of why I make the story from a 2nd story perspective to put the reader in the body of the character.

Also, makes me wonder, how many female devotees are out there for men? Or would fantasize about a man like that? Because amputee fetishism is often assigned to mostly men.
