You probably have heard this dozens of times though, but there was a way to save mordin. You just couldn't cure the genophage.
Wrex and Eve have to be dead and you have to have i believe your paragon or renegade, whichever you choose, as high as you can get it in the time to that mission. you do a few conversation options and convince Mordin that Wreave wont be a good leader after the genophage. Mordin wont cure it and he'll go help build the crucible instead.
Just felt like sharing! I miss Mordin too though. Anyway once again I love your work!!

Yeah, I saw a video of that playing out. I don't think I could ever do it, though - as sad as Mordin's death made me, he died a big goddamn hero. The crying panel of my ME3 reaction comic was me reacting to that. If Shepard had gone out as appropriately as Mordin, fans wouldn't be in such a state of outrage/disbelief.

I cant agree with you more. It really ended up pissing me off when I reached the end, all of that just to have it all go to waste! Whats worse is that you cant really get a semi-good ending unless you can play multiplayer, and even then the ending is disappointing depending on what you choose..
Either way, R.I.P Mordin Sollus. The crazy, annoying, salarian scientist we all loved! We'll never forget him.

Yeah. Even the deep breath ending is... somewhere between disappointing and confusingly/offensively stupid. I've gotten my readiness up to about 98 percent using the ipad game, and I'll play the ending again just to see it, but... I don't know - it's just kind of sad.
Mordin was one of my favorite teammates from 2 - he lived a long, long life for a salarian, and died for something he believed in.

Joker is wonderful! I've loved him since ME1. He's the only human I'd considered as relationship potential for my Shepard, but I'm glad he got EDI-bot.
