Cover image for the fanfiction story 'Watchtower, Inc.'It's not exactly complicated - photo edit of images from Splinter Cell and Smallville, and of course any copyright belongs to their respective corporate entities (Ubisoft and the CW I believe). Pictures were open sourced from the internet and edited together using PhotoScape, an extremely barebones piece of software.
