Hec I made a Kittydog OC
I really wanted to make one for a while, so I made Slushie uwu

-Sad most of the time, rarely seen happy
-Tears are a weird liquid
-Has ice powers
-Loves slushies
-They can survive really cold temperatures, hates it when its warm
-In the heat their ice powers turn into water powers, in the cold its ice
Personality:
Slushie is mostly seen sad, they are rarely happy. Trying to cheer them up is a difficult task. (I don't really have much for them cause, well, they're sad 24/7)
They have ice powers, when they are really angry ice appears around them and it gets uncontrollable until you calm them down.

Time took: A few days to figure out the character, but I would probably say 6 hours or more
