Third one is my own character Cheetana from Ben 10 and The Transformers Armada series. Yes she is a decepticon who hangs out with Cyclonus and Demolisher quit a lot when she is with them other wise she hangs out with Princess Looma, her adopted cousin Artemis and Isosceles Right Triangle if she is at the academy or at home which is Vilgaxia. Her species is a Lyran (the cat species)
