The GARNET-class Tholian Destroyer is the mainstay of the Tholian fleet. While slightly larger than past incarnations, the GARNET retains the familar tri-blade, arrowhead hull design so common place with the Tholians. The GARNETs are also the most numerous hull that has been observed operating within Tholian space and are usually the first on the scene at the location of an incursion.As with past classes of this type, the GARNET sports standard shields and propulsion systems. It has been discovered to have improved forward weapons systems and sensors. The GARNET also still possesses the famous Tholian Web Projector
